By browsing this site, sending a plan request, or signing in after approval, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
FINO is an accounting and ERP platform. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. Your company stays responsible for its books and filings.
Who may use FINO
You must be able to enter a contract for your company. The person who registers is responsible for the request and for people later added to the workspace, up to the plan's user limit.
Plans and access
Registration sends a plan request. Payment is not taken on the website today. Your account stays pending until an administrator approves the request.
After approval you can sign in and use the modules, add-ons, limits, and Ask FINO level in that plan. Need more later? Send a new plan request. You keep the current plan until the new one is approved.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use FINO for lawful business records and to keep login details safe.
- Do not try to access another company's workspace or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to store.
- Keep the information in your books accurate. FINO records what your team enters or approves.
- Make sure people you add are allowed to see the company's data.
Company data
Records you create in the workspace belong to your company. You grant FINO the limited right to host, back up, and display that data so the product can run.
Ask FINO may read workspace data to answer, draft, or flag issues at your plan's AI level. You still approve before anything is posted.
Availability
We work to keep FINO available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting, or events outside our control can cause downtime.
We may update features, plans, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Liability
FINO is provided as a tool for your operations. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage from using or being unable to use the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Ending use
You can stop using FINO and ask us to close the account. We may suspend or end access if the request is not approved, these terms are broken, or we must do so for legal or security reasons.
