Who this covers
This policy applies to the public FINO website, registration and plan requests, and the company workspace after your plan is approved.
FINO is an accounting and ERP platform with an optional assistant, Ask FINO, included only at the AI level in your plan.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the site, review plan requests, and operate your workspace.
- Account details such as name, email, company name, and the plan and billing period you request.
- Messages you send through the contact form, including optional phone and subject.
- Workspace records you and your team create after approval — invoices, bills, journals, people, and reports.
- Technical data such as browser type, language, and security logs needed to keep the service available.
How we use it
We use this information to operate FINO, not to sell lists or run unrelated advertising.
- Create and review your plan request, then activate the company workspace after approval.
- Provide the modules, limits, and Ask FINO level included in your plan.
- Reply to support, contact messages, and account questions.
- Keep the product secure, available, and in Arabic and English.
Your company workspace
After approval, your books live in a company workspace. Access is limited to people your company adds, up to the user limit in the plan.
We do not use another company's invoices, payroll, or reports to train a public model or to market FINO.
Ask FINO
Ask FINO works on your own data at the AI level in your plan: help chat, data processing, or a smart financial manager.
It can answer questions and prepare invoices, bills, or journals. Nothing is posted until someone in your company approves it.
If your plan has no AI, the assistant is not included. You can still use FINO without it.
Cookies and the public site
The public site uses cookies or similar storage for language, session, and essential security. We do not use them to follow you around the web for ads.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when needed to run the service, meet a legal request, or with processors who host, email, or secure FINO under contract.
Payment is not taken on the public site today. If a payment provider is added later, only the details needed to complete that payment would be shared with that provider.
Retention and security
The public site and the product use 256-bit SSL. We keep account and workspace data for as long as the company account is active, then as required for legal, security, or accounting records.
You can ask us to correct or delete personal data that is not needed to keep the books or meet a legal duty.
Your choices
You can switch language from the header, update account details after you have access, and contact us to ask what we hold or to close a request that has not been approved.
